As we get cozy this fall, it’s a great time to plan activities, crafts, and projects based on friendship and giving. Fall is a special time of year in our multi-level troop—we plan for the next year, get to know each other a little better, and even work on being better sisters to our fellow Girl Scouts. Here are six things we do to come together as a troop and embrace the fall season.
At Girl Scouts, we believe that art is for everyone, no matter your age, ability, or artistic sensibility, so roll up your sleeves and help your girls create something beautiful (and earn a badge or two, too)! From murals to watercolors, photography to jewelry making, these activities will take your girls on a colorful adventure through the Girl Scout Artist Legacy badges and beyond!
Girl Scouts are “out of the box” thinkers, taking basic badge requirements and coming up with inspired, creative ideas for activities to fulfill them! Here are 5 activities that will help your girls complete certain badge tasks in ways you might not have thought of!
With the winter season just around the corner, Haley shares 10 cool holiday activity ideas for you and your troop to wrap yourselves up in this season.
If your girl is headed to camp or another traveling adventure this summer, exchanging SWAPS (Special Whatchamacallits Affectionately Pinned Somewhere) can help her hold onto the magic of the season a little longer.
